Q. Is there a minimum order quantity or do stock products come in pre-counted boxes?

A. There are no restrictions on quantity for custom or standard products. That means you can order exactly what you need.

Q. If I'm ordering a round flashing, do I use circumference or diameter?

A. Outside Diameter! And Outside Circumference when a Diameter is not easily measured.

Q. Is freight included in the price of the flashings?

A. Freight is not included in the cost of the product. However, receive free shipping on orders over $100.00

Q. Are your products Manufacturer Warranted / NDL?

A. Items bought on the website are not manufacturer warranted or NDL for warranty work. We do NDL work for several manufacturers: * Sika - must be ordered through Sika but, request Acme Cone, * * Carlisle and Versico - must be ordered through them but, specify Acme Cone, * Conklin Contractors and Distributors - contact us for quotes and orders at conklinroof@prefabaccessories.com * Soprema Approved Contractors - contact your Soprema Rep, distributor, or email us at cs@acmecone.com.

Q. Can I get other thicknesses besides 60 mil?

A. We carry some additional thicknesses and types by manufacturer. Contact us to find out what is available and for a quote.

Q. Are you compliant with the Transparency in Coverage Rule?

A. Yes. As a reminder, under the Transparency in Coverage Rule, issued in 2020 by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. Department of the Treasury and enforced beginning 7/1/22, health plans (which includes clients who sponsor employee benefit plans) and health insurance issuers must publish two separate MRFs.

• In Network: Negotiated rates for all covered items and services between the plan or issuer and in-network providers
• Out of Network: Allowed amount paid to, and billed charges from, out-of-network providers for all covered services within a 90-day period
